DC Ultimate Universe (Phase Two)
When a riff in the space time continuum is made, the Justice League investigate with the aid of the Monitor, who is the watcher of the continuum. Soon they learn that it was caused by Reverse Flash absorbing the Speed Force alongside the Anti-Monitor being freed from the cell that the Monitor put him in ten thousand years ago.
