A new division of the Justice League, led by Maxwell Lord, faces of against Simon Stagg, who is in collaboration with criminal couple Punch and Jewlee who created a monster that can only be described as a “Rainbow Creature”. Meanwhile, Wonder Woman suspects that there is more to Maxwell Lord than they think
