After the event of Superboy's rampage, Superman introduces Supergirl and Shazam to the rest of the Justice League. Superboy has become a Justice League problem and they even get the Teen Titans on case and help them out. If Superboy doesn't get delt with fast he could be a threat to the entire multiverse.
