All actors about the same age as Robert the Batman, none much older, because in this universe it is like the beginning of the career of each one of them. Before his time on the island, Oliver was a spoiled brat and bad boy. He was incredibly rich, a playboy who didn't care about anyone. He was also quiet, selfish and manipulative. After the trauma he goes through, he totally changes and becomes a better person, but more kind and autruistic, with a desire to protect the community and the people he loves.
