The Legion of Doom keeps experiencing strange visions of the future where the world is destroyed, and the entire Justice League dies. So, the villains unite to try and stop this from happening, by becoming better heroes than the heroes of the world ever were. After trying to be systematically destroyed for the Legion's plan to work, the Justice League must band together to stop the Legion... and Armageddon itself.
