Story Plot

In America, the police having been eradicated, a new order sprang from this rotting mass: the Judges. They represent the order and are at the same time judges, jurors and executioners, applying the adage "violence against violence". To this end, they focus on all powers: legislative, judicial and executive. Riding overpowered motorcycles, the Judges crisscross the megalopolis and apply justice which will become increasingly strict and expeditious over time, a consequence of overcrowding. The Judges want to be ruthless, and do not hesitate, if need be, to eliminate any person in violation, under current security laws, as following an attempted murder on the person of a Street Judge . Many offenses against the law are not punishable by death, but if an individual is in violation, he can quickly pass the status of citizen to criminal stripped of his citizenship and sentenced to death with immediate execution in the street. Judge Dredd is one of the judges for Mega-City One. He is, from his entry into the service of the body of street judges until his death, the most emblematic; it is the best (or the worst) of them because it is adamant and uncompromising.
