  Break into Three (Act 3 Starts): Arthur (Joker) fully embraces his identity as the Joker, leading a chaotic movement in Gotham. He discovers Harleen Quinzel’s (Harley Quinn) growing attachment to him.

  High Tower Surprise: Arthur gets confronted by Gotham’s elite (Brendan Gleeson) as he’s beaten up at the prison, after making fun of Gary & killing the court judge after announcing his death penalty. The guards grabbed Arthur to an electric chair. Just before the electrocution started, then BOOM! There is an explosion in the room, and then Lee Quinzel arrives, attempting to save Arthur and bring him back from the brink. & the mob started murdering the guards.

This final image ties back to the opening scenes of Arthur’s struggles, completing his transformation. This revised third act adds depth to Arthur and Harleen's relationship, leveraging the deleted clips to enhance their emotional and psychological journey. With the prison cell being renamed “The Joker & Harlee’s Lair”
