Synopsis

In the years before Arthur Fleck became the first Joker, a title that would be passed on to many people after him, a young Arthur must find his way in a difficult world that seeks to break him in every way, shape, and form possible. This taking place before the events of Batman: Bloodbath, Batman: The Hush of Fear, and Batman: Black, White, and Vengeance.

Description of ''The Doctor gone rogue'' (Ending Scene):

After falling off the bridge thanks to the warrior who took his jaw off, Arthur wakes up in an abandoned medical room, feeling his lower jaw has been stitched back onto his face. He catches notice of a woman and a bunch of criminals tending to the injuries he suffered from the fall off the bridge, and before he can even ask any questions, the woman says, ''It's okay, sweetheart. My name is Harleen Quinzel. I will help you kill the Batman, if you so wish.''
