Story Plot
7 years after his rampage, Arthur Fleck is still locked up in Arkham. However, the arrival of a new psychiatrist has given Arthur a way out. Seducing and warping the mind of Dr. Harleen Quinzel, Joker is back on the streets and with a new partner in crime.
