Synopsis

My Idea for joker 2, years after the events of joker 2019 , Joaquin Phoenix reprises his role as Arthur in which he is now spending years In Arkham asylum and develops an obsession and Bond with Emma, the 16 year old daughter of the owner of Arkham asylum who was the first person in Arthurs life to show him kindness but after Arkham asylum mysteriously caught fire leaving Arthur badly burnt and disfigured in his hands and face, he completely snapped and there fore starts hunting down Emma and Starts his killing spree by targeting people close to her ( with some Elements borrowed from the horror movie prom night)

Bruce Waynes father and husband to Martha, former boss to Rebecca and penny fleck who is tragically Gunned down by masked Rioters Along Side his wife and he is Also Rachels really good friend who infamously involved in a scandal of the 16 year old Rebecca who claimed he is the father of her unborn child when she got pregnant ( heavily implied by him)
