Description of Ozzie Clawson (The Penguin):
this version of the penguins story was that he was a rich assistant to a billionaire who always got his way but people didn't like him a lot thus he was fired but ozzie's life changed when he was mugged and pushed in the river as he almost died from frost bite and drowning in a steep pond. Rescued by Penguins as they carried Ozzie deep into the sewers where he decides to go by the name The Penguin,
