In the far future, a mysterious virus known as the MK virus has wiped out nearly every man on the planet, with only a few able to survive through cryostasis. Now, with only four men left in a world populated only by women, men have become the most valuable resource to all of humanity. Not only that, but a mysterious power, known simply as stands, has started popping up in women across the globe. That all changes when a woman named Yasuho Hirose makes a shocking discovery, within the rubble of a long abandoned building, there lays the remains of a cryostasis pod… with a previously unknown fifth man with four testicles inside! With no memory of his past, the fifth man, or Gappy due to the gap in his front teeth, sets out to solve the mystery of his past, the origins of the MK virus, the origins of stands, and to find a way to save the world from a slow extinction.
