Fan Casting Quirt in John Singleton's Cage

Two sadistic corrections officers at Riker's Island, Quirt and Rackham are the embodiment of prison brutality. Quirt is the cold, calculating one who enjoys psychological torment, while Rackham is the explosive brute who revels in physical violence.
