Brilliant, obsessive, and morally bankrupt, he experimented on orphaned children—including Lisa Trevor—in pursuit of scientific glory. A father to Sherry and husband to Annette, he's capable of warmth at home while committing atrocities at work. When confronted by Wesker, he injects himself with the G-Virus rather than surrender his research, mutating into a monstrous, unrecognizable creature.
