Fan Casting Vickers in John Carpenter's Resident Evil

Vickers is a sarcastic, weary RCPD helicopter pilot. He reads Flight Weekly during briefings, flips off Wesker, and doesn't want to be there. He flies the STARS team to the Arklay Mountains and is killed when his helicopter crashes into the Spencer Mansion. Vickers brings comedic relief and working-class charm—a guy who deserved better.
