Fan Casting Chris Redfield in John Carpenter's Resident Evil

Chris Redfield is a 25-year-old STARS Alpha Team officer and Claire's estranged older brother. Earnest, grounded, and by-the-book, he's a small-town hero who believed in Umbrella until the Spencer Mansion revealed the truth. He dismissed Claire's warnings about the town, clinging to denial until confronted with the horrors firsthand. As Wesker's best friend and partner, Chris's loyalty is tested when betrayal is exposed. He's protective of his sister despite their distance, and his arc moves from blind faith in authority to determined resistance against the corporation that destroyed everything.
