Las Vegas gangster Michael Berengetti finds a strange man lost in the desert and takes him in, nicknaming him "Joe". Soon after, Joe's Michael discovers that Joe has the power to transform at night into a strange creature. But trouble comes knocking when what appears to be old friends and enemies come looking for Joe. But they've got the wrong guy. The Incredible Hulk is dead... isn't he?
