Description of Captain America II/Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier:

Bucky Barnes is American soldier who fought in WWII but was KIA However He has been operating as Winter soldier throughout the 20th century brainwashed until in 2013 Steve Rogers broke him free of his programming. After Steve Rogers perished on a mission in 2015. Bucky Later step up as the New Captain America, operation more with the Government and as Co Leader of the New Avengers
