a boy named Kyle is trying to figure out why are their so many murders everyday, so kyle and his friends Billy, and Michael are rescues little sister named Claire searching for the person who killed all these innocent people, but since killed so many innocent people, he met some killers. Kyle's family moved house onto in Oklahoma City, the father of Kyle, Richard, he was going to work when your car was broken. Suddenly, he was brutally murdered by a hooded man. The next day, the killer was never found, he was nicknamed "Ominous Unknown Killer".
