The Psycho has gotten even more violent
When 16 year old Jeffrey Woods arrives in a new neighborhood with his mom, dad, and even his little brother, Liu Woods, things get worse really fast because during a birthday party Jeff was put on fire by 3 bullies his age and it not only burned his face but his hair was ash black and his skin was pure white. And now he’s gotten insane and starts a killing spree.
