Story Plot
Enough of being bullied by kids at his school, geeky Virgil joins a gang to get payback. But after being chased down by cops in a scientific building and being exposed to a chemical, he soon gains electromagnetic powers. Now he uses his newfound gift to defeat his bullies who were also exposed by the chemical.
