Oliver Queen, the original Green Arrow, is mysteriously resurrected years after his presumed death, returning to a world that has moved on without him. With fragmented memories and a body lacking its soul, he grapples with his identity while reuniting with pivotal figures from his past, including Black Canary and his son, Connor Hawke. As he resumes his vigilante role in Star City, Oliver becomes entangled in a sinister plot orchestrated by the Stanley Dover, who seeks to exploit Oliver's soulless state for dark purposes. Facing threats from both demonic forces and human adversaries, Oliver must confront his own existential dilemma: reclaim his soul and fully embrace his second chance at life, or risk losing himself to the encroaching darkness.
