Queen Isabella II was only three years old when her father king Ferdinand VII passed on.But at such a young age to reign over a country in constant civil war only disaster can truly happen. But after a childhood of terror and war she is at peace and crowned queen of Spain at thirteen years. The Moderate party did whatever they could to control her and forces her to marry her feminine second cousin Francisco de Asís, Duke of Cádiz at only sixteen but only doing so to keep both France and Britain happy. But even with the marriage it did not have a happy start with rumors about Francisco being gay but the two did find love at some point. But as the republic government becomes more and more popular monarchies throughout Europe are being abolished and being replaced with democracy.Spain too is falling under the spell of abolishment. With her popularity dropping and war with Morocco. Can she keep it all together can keep her crown.Or will everything be too much and she might fall.
