After the events of Iron Woman: Heart of Gold, Riri Williams has found her rhythm running Stark Unlimited, developing revolutionary clean-energy suits and new A.I. systems. Her personal A.I., VIVIAN, begins acting strangely — displaying sarcasm, secrecy, and even questioning Riri’s commands. Nick Fury warns Riri that The Ten Rings, long thought weakened, have re-emerged under a mysterious new Mandarin: Zheng Shang-Chi, a descendant of Xu Wenwu. Meanwhile, Riri is introduced to Arno Stark, a charming tech magnate who seems interested in partnering with her… maybe too interested. War Machine, now upgraded to Nathan Rhodes, is assigned to watch Riri’s back after an assassination attempt.
