Synopsis

When pro football star Victor Richards is terribly injured and near death, Nick Richards turns his little brother into a half human half robot being. Now Victor has to deal with a new threat in his new high tech apparel. Rated PG-13

When Victor is came back home, he is approached by two superheroes older than him, Maximus Man and Cosmic Lantern, they offer him joined as a new member of team for a Cosmic Titans, at first he's reluctant, but Victor accepts.
