Injustice: Gods Among Us was an American television series that ran for six seasons from 2035 to 2040. It is based on the comic series Injustice: Gods Among Us: Year One to Year Five as well as the video game of the same name. It is the seventeenth television series of the DCEU and the first produced after the set 5-Phase plan dubbed Post-Justice League V. It first premiered on September 4, 2035. Superman accidentally kills his wife, Lois Lane, and his unborn child, when he thinks he's fighting Doomsday, as well as destroying Metropolis with a nuke set up by the Joker, who he kills. This leads him down a dark path that there might not be any redemption from.
