Being born in the 25 century, Bart Allen is the grandson of Barry Allen, The Flash. He came to the 21 century just to meet him. But he was to late. He came after he died in the crisis. He met his grandmother and cousin, Iris Allen and Wally West. Wally have Bart the name Impulse after a talk with Batman. A year later, he now lives in both Keystone City and Blue Valley. Facing against someone who calls himself Inertia.
