Henry Zygar Hibbert, a billionaire entrepreneur and entertainment enthusiast, opens a new park based around everything pop culture related, and invites the family of his old friend, Nicholas Rivers, to attend. But an evil Russian spy desires to take the park for his own in an attempt to rule the world. Rivers son, Jackson is desperate to keep this from happening, and goes on his way to keep Hibbert’s vision a happy place for all.
