Story Plot
Vandalism, Assault, Kidnapping, Terrorism; this is a criminal mastermind not only for his manipulation but his method of conquest. Founder of the D.E.V.I.L; Defenders of Ethical Values, Inspiring Liberation. he calls himself a savior; its objective is to subject the population to an anti-political law.
