When she discovers that the current Mayor of Gotham, Oswald Cobblepot was involved with the murder of her parents. Selina dons the name of Catwoman, and makes her move to kill Cobblepot. Meanwhile, a young girl who is secretly a dangerous assassin from Paris, France arrives in Gotham City.
