Character Description
Quasimodo's biological mother and Jehan's lover. A gypsy with whom Jehan had relations and left her rewarded while he was infected with sexual diseases. Frollo pursued her to avenge her brother until he finally brutally murdered her at the foot of Notre Dame Cathedral. When Frollo raised Quasimodo, he told Quasimodo that she had simply cruelly abandoned him.
