Synopsis

Bruce struggles to life his double life as a nuclear physicist and Hulk while a new threat emerges as Samuel Sterns goes on a vicious hunt for both cure for his new and unwanted physical changes, but also revenge on Bruce for him, in Sterns' eyes, tricking him into doing the expiriment and thus is Bruce the reason for Sterns ending up like this.

Description of "Operation Red Hulk" (Post-Credit Scene):

Post-Credit Scene: General Ross gets desparate for a way to stop the Hulk. He gets in contact with Samuel Sterns, who has now fully embraced the evil persona known as the Leader, and they make a deal that Sterns will recreate the sample that made Bruce Banner into the Hulk so that Ross can end the Hulk once and for all.
