After hiding in Brazil, Dr. Bruce Banner is now hunted down by a Man called The Leader, who is really Dr. Samuel Sterns who was missing for Two years, and a New enemy with a Giant shape like Bruce is wanting to fight The Hulk, and Bruce must strike back as The Hulk.
