An unnamed man dubbed "Jacket" for his distinctive letterman jacket receives an answering machine message about a supposed delivery of "cookies" to his home. Jacket finds a package outside containing a rooster mask and instructions to perform a hit, threatening that he is being watched and that "failure is not an option."
