Story Plot

Horrid Hilary is not a model child. She is jealous of her younger sister, Perfect Piper, who symbolises everything that Hilary is not. Horrid Hilary is determined to get her perfect sister into trouble, meets her match in the monstrous Bossy Billie at mom's office, and pits her wits against Greg, the evil dinner man.
