His goal is to explore the destruction of the human body in martial arts, and he works as a bodyguard for the Drug King alongside Ryu. With a fighthing style based on MMA, he prefers finishing moves over striking techniques. He seems to be aware of the discipline expected of a martial artist and dislikes dirty or unsightly behavior. He often does not want to fight amateurs. He holds the philosophy that the truth of martial arts lies in street fights unfolding in the nightlife, and in that sense, he advocated his own theory that Masaki is a top-class fighter.
