The main antagonist. A university student who is the boss of a syndicate that distributes the illegal drug 'True.' Originally, 'True' was distributed in other towns outside Shimokitazawa, such as Shibuya and Shinjuku. He appears to be a cool and sophisticated young man, with gentlemanly manners in his speech and actions. He appeared in the nightlife just to "have fun," spreading drugs based at the local club 'Club J.' He may look unassuming and not seem skilled in fighting, but he fights using practical martial arts based on Shorinji Kempo, and also attacks vital points with ease.
