The head of Setagaya Commercial after Yoshii lost his power. He has previously been defeated by Yuu and Taka. He was quick-witted, and shows that although he was far inferior to Iwado and Taka, he was good at fighting. However, due to Yoshii's downfall, he believed one-on-one strength was essential to unite Seta Commercial, and trained his body through rigorous training. He seems to have mastered some martial arts and gained skills that impress Shogo, but after being caught and knocked down by Tetsu, a henchman of Drug King, he was utterly defeated. From the state of the incident, it appears he suffered broken left knee.
