Chaos breaks out in New York as the NYPD orders a crack down on vigilantes but after being the capital of heroes for 20 years the New York citizens are not eager to give up there spandex just yet wheelchair bound Chris D'Amico and newly released from prison Ralph D'Amico hire assassins Smoker and Artemis to hunt down past and present vigilantes finding out there secret identities and murdering them and the local gang The Demons to terrorize the area then Mindy better known as Hit-Girl returns to her family from jail and rehab after battling drug addiction to forget the memories of her father's death famous hero Kick-Ass is replaced by his son who seems to have the power of precognition and tries to form a new version of Justice Forever and also tries to get his friend Little Rasul out of the gang life he sucks at vigilantism but he tries and he manages to bring his father out of retirement after finding his Kick-Ass gear and learning about his fathers past as two versions of Kick-Ass run around town both mange to recruit the Stapleton neighborhood gang the rival to the demons to help defeat them once and for all it is up to the three vigilantes and the Stapleton neighborhood gang to defeat the Demons the Assassins and take down the D'Amico family once and for all.
