Set in the exclusive neighborhoods of Madrid, this series follows the lives of a group of wealthy teenagers as they navigate the social and emotional challenges of coming of age in a world of privilege and excess. As the series opens, we are introduced to the core group of friends who attend a prestigious private school together. Sophia is the beautiful and confident leader of the group, who seems to have everything going for her. But her perfect facade begins to crumble when she starts to question her own identity and place in the world. Meanwhile, her best friend Carlos is struggling with his own demons, including drug addiction and a toxic relationship with his controlling father. As these two try to support each other through their struggles, they are joined by a cast of other teenagers grappling with similar issues, such as family pressure, sexual identity, and addiction. As the season progresses, we see the characters grapple with the challenges of growing up and finding their place in the world.
