Synopsis

Down on his luck Charles Brown lost his son thanks to a gang war between Joker and Riddler. Kiteman is the butt of every joke in the villain community. He decides to unite others into a team of their own and prove to both heroes and villains that they are a force to be reckoned with.

Description of Harvey Bullock:

During the huge breakout of Arkham Harvey finds that none of the prisoners are getting out??? Inside the prison Kiteman’s team are savagely battling Batman’s rogue’s gallery to keep them from getting loose, all of them displaying the skills that makes them unique. At the end Kiteman’s gang get out of there and Eraser gives Gilda and Duella passports to start new lives outside of Gotham and start to heal their wounds just like Charles Brown starts to do.
