Story Plot
A story about a young Neil McCauley who rises to the top as a criminal mastermind and professional master in being a bank robber and grifter. While showing also the origins of Vincent Hanna as he becomes Lieutenant and hunt down a conman-killer named Frankie Yonder (mentioned by Jon Voight).
