Synopsis

It is Christmas Eve in Gotham and more than a year has passed since the events of the first movie. Bruce Wayne has been trying to balance his double life as the playboy millionaire and as Batman, but he still struggles working solo as a vigilante. Fortunately, he has help from James Gordon (recently promoted to Captain) and the new DA Harvey Dent. Now though, Bruce has to fight off against a new threat that will make him reflect on his view of criminals.

Description of Victor Fries (Mr. Freeze):

After failing to develop a cure for his wife Nora, who is suffering from cancer, brilliant cryogenicist and ex-GothCorp employee Victor Fries suffers a complete mental breakdown and is convinced that in the accident that rendered his wife comatose, he transformed his body and it is now sensitive to heat. So, he begins wearing a cooling suit to keep his body cold, but also creates a freezing gun to use it on all of those that wronged him and slowed down his research. Now dubbed by the media "Mr. Freeze", Victor is determined to kill anyone who stands in his way, including Batman.
