Synopsis

It is Christmas Eve in Gotham and more than a year has passed since the events of the first movie. Bruce Wayne has been trying to balance his double life as the playboy millionaire and as Batman, but he still struggles working solo as a vigilante. Fortunately, he has help from James Gordon (recently promoted to Captain) and the new DA Harvey Dent. Now though, Bruce has to fight off against a new threat that will make him reflect on his view of criminals.

Description of Hugo Strange:

Hugo Strange is the Chief of Psychiatry at Arkham Asylum and is also Victor Fries' personal therapist. It is revealed later in the movie that it was actually Strange that drove Victor crazy, as he wanted him to battle against Batman.
