Synopsis

Being back on the planet after a certain absence, Shayera has been taking some of this time to catch up on what happened while she was away. Along the way, she also finds herself again helping Katar Hol, on his patrol through Manhattan after the latest robbery caused by his routine problem named Carl Sands, the Shadow Thief. But how Hawkgirl and Hawkman eventually find out, it wasn't just Shayera who decided to return to Earth.

Description of Hawkman (Katar Hol):

Katar arrived on Earth along with Hawkgirl, as she was his partner in the Thanagar police force, where he also ended up adopting the planet as his new home, acting as a hero in Manhattan. Previously, Hawkman and Shayera were once a couple, but both realized that they wanted to go their separate ways, but remained good friends.
