Louis Fowler's older brother. He's risen through the ranks partly out of a need to prove himself after his brother's death was connected to "that Crowley nonsense." He's spent years publicly dismissing the legend as a cover story for what he believes was a human killer who was never caught. When Marybeth shows up claiming Victor Crowley is back, it's deeply personal for him — not just professionally, but because accepting her story means accepting that his brother died fighting something that can't be stopped. He'd be your main law enforcement obstacle.
