Character Description

A centaur who lives in the Forbidden Forest. He rescues Harry from an attack by Lord Voldemort during Harry's first visit to the forest. He is more tolerant of humans than the other members of his herd, which causes him to be exiled, after which Albus Dumbledore appoints him as Divination teacher at Hogwarts.
