Synopsis

The Harry Potter HBO Max series should be more drawn to the books than the movies where see more to the story in each season than just the characters, but also more history behind Hogwarts. Also, we're going to be casting the adults of the series while the kids should be played by unknown child actors.

  • hboyd_casting Dumbledore is tough cause finding an actor who is the right age now may not be alive at the end of 10 years of production. It’s safer to look for someone who has the energy and charisma of Dumbledore, who could look age appropriate with hair & makeup. Ian Glenn, Hugh Laurie, & Dumbledore’s own son Jared Harris fit that.
