One year after John Doe aka the Smiley Killer got his face ripped off by Harvey Dent, he’s still stuck in the asylum receiving treatment. His main doctor is the new doctor Harleen Quinzel, at first she's terrified when she learns she’ll have to watch over the Smiley Killer himself. But unexpectedly the two strike up a bond, and relationship all behind bars. When the relationship is at its highest point, John convinces Harleen to do away with her old life and run away with him, i.e. kill everyone you love and let me free. read more
