After he is relocated from River Heights to New York City, detective Frank Hardy gets a job for the NYPD. While in the city, Frank moves in with his little brother, Joe, and runs into former River Heights High School student/frenemy, Helen Corning. Frank thought River Heights was full of mysteries, but he obviously hasn’t gotten a taste of New York.
A spin-off to the 1998 series Nancy Drew: Girl Detective. Similar in style to ‘Angel’.

Biff Cooper is a snobby rich guy from Connecticut, who stole Callie away from Frank. He starts out as a complete asshole, but over the series, he redeems himself.
